Do you have a complaint?

The tiles are packed with great care to avoid damage, if tiles are broken during transport we will send new tiles immediatly. Please inform us within 48 ours by mail with some pictures from the damaged packing and tiles, we will send you new tiles for replacement.

Do you have complaints about our products or quality?

Send us your complaints as soon as possible by mail or call us to give us a chance to solve it to your convenience. If you are not satisfied with this solution you can deposit your complaint for mediation at the foundation "European Trustmark":
