If you have a complaint

The tiles are hand made and we double check the tiles for big failures but there can be a situation in witch you might have a complaint on the quality or when tiles are damaged during transport, please inform us directly and we will see that you get new tiles immediately.

When you see that the delivered carton boxes are damaged give a written note to the driver and please check inside if the tiles are broken, if so then send us an e-mail if possible with a photo of the broken tiles within 48 hours, we will send new tiles asap.

Do you have quality complaints?
