Delivery time
The white tiles without painting are available from stock. The delivery time for all painted tiles is approximately 8 weeks if they are not available in our showroom, please contact us if you need the tiles sooner.
Payment 4 weeks before delivery
If you order painted tiles or motifs, the delivery time is usually 8 weeks.
We understand that you are hesitation to pay 8 weeks in advance, and we do not expect you to do so.
When you make an order in the store click on "bank transfer" and transfer the total amount by bank in 8 weeks at the latest.
If you would like to pay by credit card or PayPal send us an email and we will send you a payment link to transfer the amount online.
Shipping cost Europe
The shipping costs are at low rate, we do not charge extra for shockproof packaging and insurance.
Up to around 200 tiles we ship within Europe by UPS in heavy carton boxes, larger quantities are shipped on pallets.
Overseas we ship by air or sea freight depending on the quantity and costs of the various courier services.
Express rate for deliveries are on request.

Delivery times
All white tiles are in stock including tiles with bull-nose. Motifs and painted tiles are ready in 8 weeks if they are not in stock.
Collect or delivered
The tiles can be collected in our showroom after making an appointment or delivered.
Insured shipping
Daily we ship to various countries, we pack the tiles in shockproof boxes and have less then 0,5% damages, all shipments are insured. When boxes are damaged make a written note for the transporter and check the content, if tiles are damaged please send us an e-mail within 48 hours with a few photo’s of the broken tiles, we will send new tiles immediately.
