Our tiles are fragile, so we pack them really well to make sure they don't break, we pack the tiles in small boxes with foam between all tiles. Up to about 10 tiles are shipped in a small box, from about 20 and more tiles the small boxes are packed in a larger shockproof box to a maximum of 80 tiles, a max of 20 kilo's.

We ship with UPS all over the globe, with large quantities we send the tiles on pallets with a forwarding agency.

Insured

Yes, all deliveries are insured, therefore the tiles have to be checkt immediately upon receipt, even if the packaging is not damaged, so that (if tiles are broken) we can send you new tiles in time, if tiles are damaged, send us a picture of the broken tiles within 24 hours.
The broken tiles will be replaced as soon as possible free of charge.
Our breakage percentage is less than 0,3% in the last 3 years.
