How we ship the tiles without breaking them. We pack the tiles in small boxes with foam between all tiles. Up to about 10 tiles are shipped in a small box, from 20 and more tiles the small boxes are packed in a larger shockproof box.

We ship with UPS to Germany, France, USA, Switzerland and other countries. From about 200 tiles we send the tiles on pallets with a forwarding agency.

Insured

Shipment is always insured, if you notice that the packaging is damaged on receipt, please make a note on the delivery note. And it is important that you send us an email within 24 hours and if possible a picture of the broken tiles. We will send new tiles as soon as possible. Our breakage percentage is less than 0,3% in the last 3 years.
